Consumer Marketing Manager – Male Grooming

About the role

As the Consumer Marketing Manager for the Male Grooming portfolio, you will shape the go‑to‑market strategy and drive growth for Philips in Kyiv. You will work closely with the Regional Business Unit Leader and the Head of Marketing to align product launches, campaigns and business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go‑to‑market plan for the assigned portfolio, ensuring successful new product introductions and launches.
• Create and manage annual marketing plans, budgets and performance targets in collaboration with sales, trade‑marketing and digital teams.
• Lead category‑specific digital tools, including social media channels and CRM applications, and coordinate with media and PR agencies.
• Analyse sell‑out data, conduct win‑loss analysis and build scenarios to support category growth.
• Oversee SKU portfolio rationalisation and drive local product launches in line with global strategy.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing 360° omnichannel marketing campaigns and delivering business results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across functions.
• Proven track record of managing budgets with a focus on ROI optimisation.
• Analytical mindset, self‑driven and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
